The glass-box architecture conceals a courtyard vertical garden, while inside you’ll find quirky animal-themed door handles and vintage curios. There’s art everywhere – even on the menu; the hotspot restaurant reimagines historic heavyweights as masterful dishes, so Kandinsky becomes sea bass ceviche, and Picasso an octopus croquette. If it sounds a little unhinged, it’s because it is – and never more so than at the Americana-laden rooftop bar, which serves the city’s favourite burgers with panoramic views on the side.
